Shopping at Stardust Building Supplies is a unique experience. To get the most of your visit, here are some helpful tips:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, Stardust Building Supplies will be happy to return it. Items may be returned within 30 days from the time of purchase for a store credit or exchange only. Original receipt must be provided. Store credits will expire after two years of inactivity.
We will keep purchased items in our warehouse for up to 7 days. Items not picked up after 7 days will be considered abandoned and donated back to Stardust’s inventory for resale; no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
Stardust Building Supplies has a no hold policy.
We will issue refunds for non-working appliances within 7 days of purchase with receipt. Refunds for cash purchases will be mailed to customer within 7 days of return. Refunds for credit card purchases will be applied to the credit card used for purchase. Customer must be present. Store Credit will be issued up to 30 days from purchase of appliances with receipt.
We will require a loading waiver to be signed prior to staff and volunteers loading items directly into your vehicle or trailer. Vehicle owner(s) must also remain present during the loading process. If you prefer not to sign the waiver, we’ll offer seven days of free storage to give you time to round up friends or hire movers.
